Opinions vary on the actual steps involved in the creative process. Some like to compare the steps to a scientific method, while others like to take a more creative approach. In this nine week course, scholars will be guided in tapping into and refining their personal creative process.

Learning Outcomes:
Scholars will gain knowledge on indigenous art practices developed by melanated people from across the globe. This course will foster a strong sense of pride and confidence in your personal style of creating. At the end of the course, our artists will have a body of work to be exhibited into our online End of Year Art Exhibition.

- drawing pad,
- drawing pencils (4B & 6B),
- markers, colored pencils,
- paints & paint brushes,
- ruler,
- glue
(substitutes welcome, some special projects may need additional material, parents will be notified in advance)
