STEPS TO COMMISSIONING OUR PORTRAIT SERVICES

STEP 1. Send in Reference Photographs

 

You may send in reference photographs by email to info@anekywa.com. Photographs should be sharp images with good lighting to ensure the best results.

We encourage you to send a selection of photo reference options so we can help you choose the best one/s.

We can create the artwork from several photos, putting them together in one cohesive piece. For example, One family portrait can be created for a family of four (4) using separate pictures of each family member.

 

STEP 2. Make a deposit payment

 

Once you’ve chosen the reference photos and style of your portrait, it’s time to make a deposit. Thereafter, we will begin working on your portrait.

Deposits are a non-refundable 50% of the total invoiced amount.

Medium Portraits : £75 (per person)

A3 size= 11.7” x 16.5” (29.7cm x 42cm)

Large Portraits : £150 (per person)

A2 size= 16.5” x 23.4” (42cm x 59.4cm)

International currency conversions are calculated automatically.

STEP 3. Processing your order

 

Normal processing time range from 7 days to 2 weeks depending on the amount of detail an individual piece requires.  

A rush service of 3 days is available. Please make inquiries for more information.

 

STEP 4. Your Portrait is Complete!

 

When your portrait masterpiece is complete, a photograph of it will be sent to you for your approval.

 (At this point you can make requests for any minor tweaks if necessary. But we trust that it will be love at first sight for you. 😊)

On your approval of your masterpiece, the remainder of the invoiced amount becomes due.

 

STEP 5. Shipping and Delivery

 

Your portrait will be packaged securely and sent via priority postage service. The package will by tracked in transit and requires a signature upon delivery.
